Several educators and education leaders such as Sir Ken Robinson and Seth Godin believe the current education model is outdated. Why? 

• The idea that everybody should learn the same thing at the same time in the same way is obsolete now that anyone can learn anything anywhere anytime. Reform movements are making it worse with standardization and standardized tests. The King has no clothes and it is about time we started to say so. We know that extrinsic motivation doesn’t work, but we still give out stickers and grades.
