Professional Learning Communities

• Even if your district has several days planned for professional development (PD), a better form of PD is an ongoing team that meets several times a week. Jeff and his staff shares my vision that such learning should happen daily in small increments. As you collaborate with your professional learning community, focus on appreciating all students, deepening content knowledge, and involving families. “Whether you are a geezer or a guppy, there is always room for learning.”
