  • Jeff’s first effort focuses on the importance of the relationships with students. To this end he offers this list: Be willing to admit when you are wrong. Have a good sense of humor and be empathetic. Take time to help others. Remember how it felt to be a child. Work to resolve conflicts between people. Enjoy people of all ages. Care about others. Realize you can’t please everyone. Be optimistic about people’s motives.
