The second is that there are number of specific actions that individuals and organizations can take to capture randomness and focus it in one’s favor. Serendipitous encounters, unexpected moments of insight, or an unplanned culmination of events result in an instant where fate smiles. The moments these sorts of things happen are what Frans calls click moments. We all have them. The trick is to know when they are happening and take advantage of them.
