Her and her partner demonstrated some simple self-defense techniques. She advised that when you are out and about that you need to trust your gut if something doesn’t seem right. Also, be with somebody when possible, get to know the people in your area, keep calm, walk with your head held high as if you own the street, and look like a fighter.
