No Extra Data Entry!

• CohortTracker™ gets its data from the same student management system you use to track your student information. This happens when an extract is sent to CohortTracker™ by the people who provide this service to your district. In New York State where the product is already in use, that would be the people at the Regional Information Center serving your school. Since NCLB rules apply to all states, however, every school in the US can take advantage of this product as Prism Decisions Systems, LLC (Prism) will be happy to modify the product for your state. All you need do is demand this service from your regional computer service provider. (See the last page for contact information.) Bigger districts may be able to deal directly with Prism to start saving time and serving students better.
