Stage 3 – RELAX!
- 19. When you finish something you need to take a break and acknowledge your success. Diving right into the next big project is likely to result in burnout at some point. You should plan your time off so you can get the most out of it. Choose activities that will genuinely make you feel renewed and fulfilled. Think about what you love the most. Be sure to block off your calendar. It need not be more than a three-day weekend and you don’t even have to go anywhere. This is a very personal decision so just do it your way. Even if you aren’t finished with a project be sure to build in intentional relax time weekly.
20. Overview of Your Unstoppable 21-Day Challenge
- This chapter reviews the entire process. This is a handy guide for people who have previously read the book, but who need to review the concepts and actions.
Part III – 21. Start Your Own 21-Day Challenge
- This is essentially a pitch to purchase extra support from Michael’s operation. He offers a $350 Unstoppable Master Program and lists all that you get for your money. You can enroll at AwakenedAcademy.Com. I should point out that I am not financially involved with this operation in any way. In fact, I paid for this book.
Final Thoughts
- 1. Create daily rituals to take care of yourself. This should include some daily rest and relaxation. A good night’s sleep is a must. Recognize when the quality of your work is decreasing and take a break. 2. Create something every day. If you do make sure you share your work with others. The idea is to make yourself and others feel like you are making a positive difference. Good luck and thanks Michael.
